based on design drawings, specification sheets, patterns, and other provided materials, we produce samples while considering fabric, construction methods,and garment details.

We accommodate a range of projects, from developing new products to refining existing designs.

Before production, we review the design, specifications, materials, and required quantities to determine the necessary work and production conditions.

デザインや仕様に基づいた、サンプル縫製

KOTAM STUDIOでは、デザイナーやブランドの商品開発におけるサンプル縫製を行います。

デザイン画や仕様書、パターンなどをもとに、素材や縫製方法、ディティールを確認しながらサンプルを制作します。

新商品の開発や既存のデザインの具体化など、それぞれの制作内容に応じて対応します。

INQUIRY / お問い合わせ

Please provide an overview of the item you would like to produce, including the design, quantity, and desired delivery date.

HEARING / ヒアリング

We will discuss the design concept, your requirements, and the desired outcome.
This allows us to gain clear understanding of your project and determine the necessary work and production methods.

デザインの意図や制作にあたってのご要望、希望する仕上がりなどを確認します。
ご依頼の内容を具体的に把握し、必要な作業や制作方法について整理します。

SPECIFICATION REVIEW / 仕様確認・お見積もり

We review the design drawings, specification sheets, patterns, materials, and trims to determine thenevessary work and production requirements.
based on the information confirmed, we provide, an estimate of the production cost and delivery schedule.

デザインや仕様書、パターン、素材、付属などを確認し、制作に必要な作業と条件を整理します。確認した内容をもとに、制作費用と納期の目安をご案内します。

ORDER CONFIRMATION / 正式依頼

Once both parties have agreed on the quotation, production specifications, and delivery schedule, the order is officially confirmed.
We then review the required documents and materials and begin preparing for production.

お見積もりや制作仕様、納期などをご確認いただき、双方で合意した上で正式なご依頼となります。
その後、必要な資料や資材を確認し、制作に向けた準備を進めます。

PATTERN CHECK / パターン確認

We check the supplied patterns, including their shapes, measurements, connections between pattern pieces, and seam lines.
We verify that the patterns correspond to the design and specifications, and consider any necessary adjustments or modifications.

支給されたパターンの形状や寸法、各パーツのつながり、縫い合わせなどを確認します。
デザインや仕様に対して問題がないかを確認し、必要に応じて修正内容や対応方法を検討します。

CUTTING / 裁断

We check the material characteristics, grain direction, and pattern matching requirements before cutting the fabric according to the patterns. Each cut piece is checked for shape and accuracy to help prevent discrepancies during sewing and ensure the intended finish.

素材の特性や、地の目、柄合わせなどを確認し、パターンに沿って生地を裁断します。
裁断時のズレや仕上がりに影響が出ないよう、各パーツの形状や裁断状態を確認します。

SAMPLE SEWING / サンプル縫製

Based on the confirmed specifications, we sew and assemble the garment components.
We select appropriate sewing methods according to the materials, design, and details, producing the sample in accordance with the specified requirements.

確定した仕様に基づき、各パーツの縫製や組み立てを行います。
素材やデザイン、ディティールに応じた縫製方法を用い、指示された仕様に沿ってサンプルを制作します。

FINISHING & INSPECTION / 仕上げ・検品

After sewing, we press the garment and inspect its measurements, stitching, and details.
We check the finished sample for any discrepancies from the specifications and ensure it is properly prepared for delivery.

縫製後にプレスを行い、寸法や縫製状態、ディティールの仕上がりなどを確認します。
仕様との相違や仕上がりに問題がないかを検品し、納品に向けて整えます。

DELIVERY / 納品

We deliver the completed sample for your review. If further adjustments or remaking are required, we will discuss the appropriate approach and any additional costs based on the requested changes.

完成したサンプルを納品します。
制作したサンプルの仕上がりを確認いただき、追加の修正や再制作が必要な場合は、内容を確認した上で対応方法や費用についてご相談いただけます。
