KOTAM STUDIO offers small-batch production tailored to the ideas and vision of designers and brands.

We work on range of projects, from developing new collections to producing garments for emerging brands, with consideration for the required quantity and scope of each project.

We review the availability of fabrics, trims, patterns, and specification sheets to determine the necessary production processes, including cutting and sewing.

Even Shen specifications or production requirements have yet to be finalized, we can discuss suitable production methods and the processes involved based on your current concept.

After reviewing your request, we will provide information of feasibility, pricing, and lead time.

We welcome inquiries at any stage, including the early stages of planning.

新たなコレクションの展開や、ブランドの立ち上げに伴う製品作りなど、必要な数量や制作内容に応じて対応します。

生地や付属品、パターン、仕様書などの支給状況を確認しながら、裁断・縫製を含む制作工程を検討します。

仕様や生産状況が固まっていない場合も、現在の企画内容をもとに、制作方法や必要な工程についてご相談いただけます。

INQUIRY / お問い合わせ

Please submit the details of your project through the inquiry form, including the type of garment, design concept, production quantity, and desired delivery date. If available, please also provide design drawings, specification sheets, or other relevant reference materials.

制作するアイテムやデザインの概要、生産数量、希望納期などをフォームよりお送りいただきます。デザイン画や仕様書などの資料がある場合は、あわせてご共有ください。

PROJECT REVIEW / 制作内容の確認

We review your request, including the garment structure, specifications, production quantity, and desired delivery date, to determine the necessary production processes and the scope of work we can accommodate.

ご依頼内容をもとに、アイテムの構造や仕様、生産数量、希望納期などを確認し、必要な制作工程と対応可能な範囲を整理します。

SPECIFICATION REVIEW / 仕様確認

We review the availability of patterns, specification sheets, fabrics, and trims. We also clarify size ranges, sewing specifications, and required materials to establish the conditions necessary for production.

パターン、仕様書、生地、付属品などの準備状況を確認します。サイズ展開や縫製仕様、必要な資材を整理し、生産に必要な条件を明確にします。

QUOTATION / お見積もり

Based on the project details, production quantity, required processes, and material availability, we provide an estimate and proposed delivery schedule. Production methods and specifications can be adjusted as needed.

制作内容や数量、必要な工程、資材の状況をもとに、制作費用と納期をご案内します。必要に応じて制作方法や仕様についても調整します。

PRODUCTION PREPARATION / 制作準備

We review the patterns, specification sheets, and materials to prepare for cutting and sewing. This includes organizing sizes, quantities, garment components, and sewing procedures.

パターンや仕様書、資材の内容を確認し、裁断・縫製に向けた準備を行います。サイズや数量、各パーツの構成、縫製手順などを整理します。

CUTTING / 裁断

Based on the finalized patterns and specifications, we cut the fabric while taking into account its characteristics, grain direction, and pattern matching where necessary. The cut components are then prepared for sewing.

確定したパターンや仕様に基づき、生地の特性や地の目、柄合わせなどに注意しながら裁断を行い、縫製に必要なパーツを準備します。

FINISHING / 仕上げ・検品

We deliver the completed sample for your review. If further adjustments or remaking are required, we will discuss the appropriate approach and any additional costs based on the requested changes.We carry out finishing processes, including pressing, and check the sewing quality, measurements, and garment details. Each piece is finished in accordance with the agreed specifications.

プレスなどの仕上げを行い、縫製状態や寸法、ディテールなどを確認します。合意した仕様に沿って製品を整えます。
